Selling recurring software to a global audience means owing tax in places you have never visited. We become the legal seller on every transaction, which means payment processing, fraud prevention, PCI compliance, chargebacks, and worldwide tax collection and filing all sit with us rather than with them. The integration ran entirely through the API and webhooks. Their developers mapped their subscription plans onto our product catalogue, pointed webhook endpoints at their backend to receive payment events, and dropped the checkout into their existing sign-up and upgrade paths. New subscribers go through a branded checkout, renewals and cancellations are handled automatically, and 10% loyalty discounts are applied at the platform level.
