What the rate buys ## A cheaper rate on a payment that fails is not cheaper Authorisation and disputes move revenue more than a percentage point of commission does. These are our own platform figures. Authorisation rate 94% Share of payment attempts approved by the issuing bank. Routing, retries, and local acquiring all feed this, and a point of authorisation is worth more than a point of commission. Checkout success rate 92% Sessions that reach a completed payment. Localised pricing, the customer's own payment methods, and a checkout that loads in their language do most of the work. Dispute rate 0.04% Card networks begin monitoring sellers as disputes approach 0.7%. Ours sits roughly seventeen times below that line, which is what keeps the flat rate flat. Per-dispute fee $0 Most platforms here bill $15 to $30 for every chargeback, win or lose.
