Sell in four places, reconcile in one
Adding a second sales channel is easy. Adding a second set of orders, a second price list and a second month-end is the part that hurts. Here the surfaces are separate and everything behind them is not: one catalogue, one order list, one payout stream, one tax position.
Surfaces the same catalogue can appear on
- Your own storefront
- A hosted shop on a domain you own, with product pages, search and an explore page. For most sellers this is the channel that carries the catalogue in full.
- Inside your product
- An overlay opens over your own page, or the checkout renders inline in an upgrade flow. Neither takes the customer to another domain mid-purchase.
- A link, anywhere text goes
- Hosted checkout is a URL, so it sells from an email, a Discord message, a social bio, a PDF or a reply in a support conversation. There is no requirement to own the surface it sits on.
- A shop you already run
- The WooCommerce integration syncs products across, runs the purchase through our hosted checkout, and syncs the resulting order back — so an existing shop becomes another front end rather than a second system.
- Google Shopping
- A Google Merchant Center XML feed is generated from the catalogue, which puts the same products in front of people searching before they have heard of you.
- Anything you build
- The REST API at api.fungies.io/v0 covers products, offers, orders, payments and subscriptions, so an internal tool or a launcher can be a channel too.
How one product reaches all of them
- 01
Model it once
A product carries its variants, and each price point is an offer. Monthly and annual, or standard and deluxe, live on the same product rather than being duplicated per channel.
- 02
Point each surface at the same offer
A link, a button attribute, an embedded container, a synced WooCommerce product or an API call all resolve to that offer. Change the price once and every channel is quoting the new one.
- 03
Every sale becomes the same kind of order
Same customer record, same tax treatment, same fraud screening, same receipt. The channel a purchase came through is a detail of the order, not a different species of it.
- 04
One payout, one set of numbers
Net revenue from every surface settles into your own connected payout account, daily by default, and the dashboard reports gross, tax, commission and net across all of it.
Why one system beats several that mostly agree
Reconciliation is the cost nobody quotes
Two payment systems will agree until they do not, and the discovery usually happens at the end of a quarter with an accountant waiting. A single order list removes the class of problem rather than giving you a better report about it.
A price change should happen once
When channels hold their own copies of a price, a promotion is a migration and a mistake is a customer paying two different amounts on the same day. Offers are shared, so the update is one edit.
Subscriptions do not care where they were bought
A plan sold through a link and a plan sold in-app renew the same way and are managed in the same customer portal. Nobody has to remember which channel a subscriber came from in order to change their plan.
No per-channel pricing
It is a flat 5% + 50¢ on each successful transaction wherever the sale happened, negotiable once you are selling at volume. Adding a channel is not a separate commercial conversation, so trying one costs you the time to set it up and nothing else.
What sellers say once they have switched

Vadim Finayev “We work with quite a few merchants of record, but none comes close to the support and speed of implementation of Fungies. If you want a payment partner that actually gives you the feeling they want to work with you — rather than leaving you on read for three days or randomly restricting your account — you are in the right place.”
David Elliott “I researched the options and Fungies was the best fit for functionality and customisation within a store builder you can connect to your own domain. Taking a small percentage of sales, instead of charging a subscription for every environment and plugin, is refreshing.”
Elnura Abdimanap Kyzy “The platform is user-friendly, integrates easily with APIs and webhooks, and simplifies managing digital products and subscriptions. We were up and running quickly and support has been responsive throughout. Fungies is clearly tailored to the needs of SaaS businesses.”
Francisco Magnone Rienzi “Fungies has been a great partner — fast setup, competitive pricing, and real humans providing quick answers. They are constantly rolling out new features, and I am excited to see what is next.”
Running several channels at once
How money reaches you, and what happens on the way.
Add a channel this week and see it land in the same list
Take a product you already sell, put its checkout link somewhere new, and watch the order arrive next to the others with the same tax, fee and net.
