Payments that look like they were built by you
There is a version of outsourcing payments where the customer notices — a different domain, a different logo, a name they do not recognise on their statement. This is the other version. We are the merchant of record legally, and invisible commercially.
What carries your brand
- The storefront
- Published on a domain you own, with your header, footer, pages and styling. The address a customer bookmarks is yours.
- The checkout
- Hosted, overlay or embedded, all styled from the same branding settings. The overlay never changes the address bar at all.
- The customer portal
- Order history, downloads, keys and subscription controls at your-domain/portal, inheriting your logo, colours, fonts and background.
- The emails
- Magic-link sign-in and customer notifications go out carrying your branding rather than ours.
- The statement descriptor
- Editable, so the line that appears on a card statement is one your customer recognises — which is where unrecognised charges turn into chargebacks.
- The buying experience
- Localised pricing, localised language and the payment methods normal for the buyer's country, so nothing about the purchase feels outsourced.
Putting your name on it
- 01
Set the branding once
Logo, favicon, colours, fonts and background go into the store builder. Checkout, portal and emails all read from the same place, so nothing drifts out of sync.
- 02
Connect your domain
The store, the checkout and the portal all move onto it. Domains route through Cloudflare for DDoS protection as part of setup.
- 03
Choose how checkout appears
Overlay keeps the buyer on your page entirely. Embedded puts the checkout inline in your own layout. Hosted is a full page on your domain.
- 04
Set the descriptor
Decide what shows on the customer's statement before the first sale, not after the first dispute.
What white label does and does not mean here
The customer experience is entirely yours
Domain, design, checkout, portal, emails and descriptor. From the buyer's side there is no second company involved in the purchase.
The legal position stays ours
We remain the Merchant of Record, which is deliberate — it is what moves VAT, GST, sales tax, chargebacks and audits off your business. White label here means invisible, not absent.
You skip the underwriting entirely
Because we hold the master merchant account and you own a connected sub-account, there is no acquiring application to be approved for before you can put your brand on a checkout.
It is not a gateway you resell
This is branding your own storefront and checkout end to end. If you are looking to launch a payment platform for third-party merchants, that is a different product and we are not it.
What sellers say once they have switched
★★★★★ 4.8/5 from 10 reviews on G2 →
Vadim Finayev “We work with quite a few merchants of record, but none comes close to the support and speed of implementation of Fungies. If you want a payment partner that actually gives you the feeling they want to work with you — rather than leaving you on read for three days or randomly restricting your account — you are in the right place.”
David Elliott “I researched the options and Fungies was the best fit for functionality and customisation within a store builder you can connect to your own domain. Taking a small percentage of sales, instead of charging a subscription for every environment and plugin, is refreshing.”
Elnura Abdimanap Kyzy “The platform is user-friendly, integrates easily with APIs and webhooks, and simplifies managing digital products and subscriptions. We were up and running quickly and support has been responsive throughout. Fungies is clearly tailored to the needs of SaaS businesses.”
Francisco Magnone Rienzi “Fungies has been a great partner — fast setup, competitive pricing, and real humans providing quick answers. They are constantly rolling out new features, and I am excited to see what is next.”
